Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Atera MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Atera to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate ticket triage with the Windsurf MCP Server
Cascade uses `list_alerts` to find critical system issues and immediately pairs that data with `list_tickets` to check if a ticket already exists. If there isn't one, the agent runs `create_ticket` to alert your team. You don't have to trigger each step manually. Windsurf handles the loop, pulling customer details via `get_customer` to ensure the ticket goes to the right queue.
Deep-dive device diagnostics
When an alert pops up, Cascade doesn't just show you the error. It uses `get_agent` to fetch the exact machine specs and status from Atera. It combines this with `list_agents` to see if other machines in the same organization are failing. You get a complete picture of the outage without leaving your editor.
Sync customer context instantly
Keep your support records clean. This MCP Server lets Cascade query `list_customers` and match them against incoming alerts. If a high-priority client has an active issue, Cascade runs `get_ticket` to pull the history and draft a response based on past resolutions.
