…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect DigitalOcean MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect DigitalOcean to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline manages your cloud infrastructure
Cline can audit your account using `get_account_metadata` to see current limits and usage. It makes sure you don't hit API caps while diagnosing issues. Give Cline a goal, and it will use `list_compute_droplets` to find the servers that need attention. It automates the discovery phase of any incident.
Query DigitalOcean services with Cline
Use `list_app_platform_services` to see exactly what is running on your app platform. Cline pulls this data to verify your deployment status against your local code. It removes the guesswork. You see exactly what is live in your account, ensuring your local changes match the production configuration.
Inspect DNS settings in Cline
Manage your domain records with `list_dns_domains`. Cline can verify that your DNS configuration matches the IP addresses of your droplets. This is vital for quick environment setup. You avoid manual lookups and keep your infrastructure and networking in sync.
