How to Use the Dixa MCP in Cline
Connect the Dixa MCP Server to Cline for end-to-end support automation and ticket management inside VS Code.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Dixa MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Dixa to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Handle Dixa tickets with Cline
Cline acts on your instructions to manage the queue. You can tell it to use `list_conversations` to find unassigned chats and `create_conversation` to start new ones. It executes these calls as part of a larger task. If you need to clear a backlog, it chains `get_conversation_details` with `resolve_conversation` to close tickets that are already finished.
Sync customer data in Cline
Update your support database while you code. Cline uses `create_customer_profile` to add users and `list_end_users` to verify their existing status. This eliminates the need to jump between your code and your support dashboard. It puts the customer data where you need it most.
Access Dixa agent info via Cline
Retrieve active agent data to coordinate support tasks. Use `get_agent_info` to see who is available and `list_support_agents` to get a full list of your team. Cline uses this to ensure that actions are assigned to the correct people. It prevents assignment errors by checking these lists before it performs an update.
