Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Dixa MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Dixa to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Code-Level Ticket Control
This Dixa MCP Server retrieves active customer tickets using `list_conversations` directly inside Cursor. You can build custom workflows and test them using live data instead of writing fake mock APIs. When you need to close out a test run, Cursor calls `resolve_conversation` to update the ticket status. This lets you build, debug, and verify your support code using live production states.
Live Webhook Inspection with Cursor
You inspect active integration endpoints inside Cursor using `list_active_webhooks` to debug your MCP tools. Instead of jumping to the browser, the editor shows you exactly where Dixa is sending event payloads. If you need to verify a specific customer journey, Cursor uses `get_conversation_details` to map out the entire event path. This speeds up your API integrations by keeping your code and your platform state in one view.
Customer Context Injector
Your editor pulls live user records using `list_end_users` to populate local databases or test scripts. Cursor injects actual customer profiles into your code, helping you write cleaner data validation logic. If a test script needs to register a new user, the agent uses `create_customer_profile` to write directly to your sandbox. This keeps your test data completely synchronized with your Dixa environment.
