Connect HaloPSA MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect HaloPSA to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Live debugging with the Cursor MCP Server
The `get_ticket` tool pulls live JSON schemas into your Cursor chat so your agent can write exact TypeScript interfaces. You do not have to guess field types or look up API documentation while writing custom webhook handlers inside the editor. By running `list_tickets` directly from Cursor, you test query parameters and verify payload shapes against live production data. This eliminates the need to write mock endpoints or stub data during local development.
Programmatic ticket creation during testing
The `create_ticket` tool lets you generate test cases and verify ticket ingestion pipelines within Cursor. Your agent triggers ticket creation to test routing rules and SLA triggers without leaving the terminal. You can also use `perform_ticket_action` to simulate technician updates and verify that external notification webhooks fire correctly. This shortens the feedback loop when building custom service desk automations.
Verify assets and directory schemas
The `list_assets` and `list_clients` tools expose your hardware configurations and customer directories directly to the Cursor agent. This allows the editor to build precise migration scripts that map physical assets to the correct client profiles. You can query `list_users` to validate team member IDs before hardcoding assignments in your automation scripts. It keeps your codebase synced with your actual directory structure.
