Connect HetrixTools MCP to Claude Code
Create your Vinkius account to connect HetrixTools to Claude Code and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Command-line uptime monitoring
The `list_uptime_monitors` tool dumps your infrastructure health straight into your terminal session. Claude Code runs this headless, allowing you to pipe the output into other shell scripts or CI/CD pipelines. You get instant visibility into what is broken right now. When you need historical data, your CLI agent executes `list_uptime_reports`. It fetches the detailed logs for a specific monitor. If a server is permanently decommissioned, Claude Code cleans up the account by triggering `delete_uptime_monitor` via your terminal prompt.
HetrixTools MCP Server IP reputation
The `check_domain_blacklist` tool lets Claude Code perform on-demand scans directly from the command line. You bypass the web dashboard entirely and get the raw blocklist hits printed to stdout. Mail delivery issues require fast diagnostics, and this tool delivers exactly that. IPv4 addresses get the same treatment via the `check_ip_blacklist` tool. Since the API takes a few minutes to process these requests, Claude Code manages the wait state in the background. You can also audit your entire reputation setup by running `list_blacklist_monitors`.
Scripted maintenance windows
The `set_maintenance_mode` tool integrates into your deployment scripts to suppress alerts automatically. It flips the target to mode 3 right before a server restart, ensuring your on-call engineers sleep through routine patching. Tracking API consumption is critical for automated systems. Your terminal agent runs `get_account_usage` to verify you have enough quota before kicking off a massive bulk check. It can also pull notification routing details using `list_contact_lists`.
