How to Use the Hiver MCP in Cursor
Code alongside your Hiver tickets in Cursor. Real API data, no stubs, just active inbox management.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Hiver MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Hiver to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Live Hiver data in Cursor Agent
Use Cursor Agent to query your support tickets with `list_inbox_conversations`. The AI reads the actual email content to help you debug reported issues. It pulls live data into your context window. You stop guessing what the user reported and start looking at the actual ticket details.
Automate ticket status in Cursor
Update your support pipeline while you write code. Call `update_thread_status` directly from the chat to move tickets forward. It removes the need to switch windows. Your agent applies the change to Hiver and confirms it finished in the terminal.
Search Hiver team members instantly
Need to know who owns a specific ticket? Use `search_team_members` to find the right person without leaving your editor. It connects your development context to your team support data. You get the answer in the same window where you write your code.
