Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Kustomer MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Kustomer to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline manages your support data
Cline executes `list_kustomer_customers` to identify the right account ID for your tasks. It then pulls full profiles using `get_customer_profile` without you typing a command. This turns manual data lookups into a single prompt. The agent handles the API interaction.
Deep timeline analysis in Cline
Use `search_kustomer_timeline` to dig into historical conversations. Cline reads the results and creates the necessary bug fix components based on the findings. It bridges the gap between customer complaints and your codebase. No manual copy-pasting required.
Real-time queue monitoring
Cline monitors support volume using `list_support_queues`. It then uses `get_conversation_details` to extract issue specifics for your current project. This keeps your development tasks aligned with actual user needs. You see exactly what needs fixing next.
