How to Use the Kustomer MCP in Cursor
Build features using live Kustomer data right inside Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Kustomer MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Kustomer to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject live Kustomer data into Cursor
Stop using stale mocks when building support tools. Use `list_kustomer_customers` to fetch real identifiers and verify your code against production data. Your agent can now write logic that actually works with your existing support infrastructure.
Debug support flows in Cursor
When a ticket routing logic fails, use `list_support_conversations` to trace exactly what happened to a specific request. Seeing the raw data in Cursor helps you spot edge cases that usually hide in your backend logs.
Verify Kustomer API health via Cursor
Before you push code, call `check_kustomer_api_status` to ensure your integration environment is actually reachable. It prevents those frustrating runtime errors by confirming the service is up before your agent attempts to execute any further commands.
