Connect NavAPI MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect NavAPI to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Live Traffic Dashboards
`get_port_vessel_traffic` delivers live congestion numbers so Cline can build a real-time tracking component from scratch. You tell your agent to create a React dashboard for the Port of Los Angeles. Cline fetches the active ship count, writes the frontend code, and mocks up the UI using real statistics. It handles the entire build process. The agent imports the traffic data, wires up the state management, and shows you the diff so you can approve the changes immediately.
NavAPI MCP Server Routing
`search_maritime_routes` gives VS Code the ability to query ocean shipping lanes programmatically. If you need a backend service that calculates shipping costs, Cline pulls the route data and then hits `get_port_distance` to figure out the exact nautical mileage. You just watch the files populate. The agent grabs the coordinates, writes the distance calculation logic in your chosen language, and sets up the test files to prove it works.
Nautical Chart Mapping
`list_nautical_charts` finds the required navigational maps for any geographic area you specify. When you tell Cline to map the Mediterranean coast, it queries the charts and then runs `get_nautical_ports` to plot every active harbor in Italy and Greece. The system verifies everything is running by pinging `check_api_status` before starting the build. You get a fully coded mapping module without writing a single line yourself.
