Connect Twilio MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Twilio to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate Call Logic in Code
Your code can now manage calls using `create_voice_call`. You write a function that takes the required caller ID, receiver number, and TwiML URL. Cline executes this logic, setting up outbound connections right inside your test suite. Need to stop a call? Use `cancel_active_call` within your script. It immediately terminates any active voice connection, which is critical for clean testing of communication features.
Develop Messaging Features
To build messaging features, use the `send_sms` function in your component. Just pass an E.164 sender number and a target receiver number to send the text. You can also write cleanup functions that call `delete_message` when an SMS record needs to be permanently removed from the system. Cline helps you test these writes by simulating real message traffic.
Check Account Infrastructure
Before deployment, your code should check infrastructure. Use `list_api_keys` to ensure no secrets are hardcoded and review all phone numbers with `list_phone_numbers`. You can also list every configured call queue using `list_call_queues`. This allows you to write complete setup scripts that validate the entire Twilio environment before they run in production.
