  How do I connect MaestroQA to my AI client?

  You subscribe to the MCP on Vinkius and enter your MaestroQA API Token. Once connected, you can use it in any compatible client like Claude or Cursor.

  Can I export large amounts of QA data?

  Yes. You can use the request_qa_data_export capability to start an asynchronous export for a specific date range.

  Does this MCP support CSAT scores?

  Yes. You can use the push_csat_scores capability to sync external customer satisfaction data into MaestroQA.

  What kind of data can I see for a single ticket?

  You can retrieve full metadata and specific scoring breakdowns using the get_ticket_qa_details capability.

  Do I need to manage the hosting myself?

  No. Vinkius hosts and manages the MCP for you, so it is ready to use as soon as you connect your credentials.

  What is an Internal Quality Score (IQS)?

  IQS is the grade assigned to a ticket during the QA process based on your rubrics. The agent can retrieve this score using the get_ticket_qa_details capability.

  How do I download a data export?

  First, request the export using request_qa_data_export. Once processed, use get_export_download_links with the provided ID to retrieve the download URL.

  Where do I find my API Token?

  Log in to MaestroQA, go to Settings > API, and generate a new token. Note that the API is also referred to as 'Rippit' in technical documentation.
