Key Capabilities

Automate PDF generation in Claude Code

Trigger document creation from your shell scripts using `generate_pdf`. It returns the document ID, allowing your pipeline to continue processing other tasks while the server renders the file in the background. Use `check_pdf_status` in a loop to block your script until the document is finished. This ensures your deployment pipeline only proceeds once the PDF is verified and ready.

Manage server assets via CLI

List all available layouts with `list_templates` directly in your terminal. This allows you to verify your template IDs before running bulk generation jobs in your CI environment. Retrieve specific document info with `get_pdf_details` to grab the final download URL. You can pipe this URL into `curl` or `wget` to save files directly to your server storage.

Clean up records after pipeline runs

Automate your workspace maintenance by calling `delete_generated_pdf` after your test suite finishes. It keeps your remote storage clean without manual cleanup commands. Need to audit recent activity? `list_generated_documents` provides a full log of recent renders. You can parse this output in bash to monitor your daily document volume.
