Command-line review management with Claude Code

Manage your brand reputation without ever opening a heavy web browser. Run a quick terminal command to let your agent fetch the latest feedback using `list_reviews` and summarize recent ratings. If a customer leaves a complaint, you can type a quick response and let the CLI handle the rest. The agent posts your message directly to the source using `reply_to_review` right from your shell.

Scriptable customer check-ins and surveys

Integrate reputation management into your terminal-based deployment pipelines. You can trigger a review request immediately after a successful transaction by running `checkin_customer` from a bash script. This MCP Server lets you script complex feedback loops. Your terminal agent can check survey performance by calling `list_surveys` and piping the output into other command-line utilities.

Terminal-based business data extraction

Pull location data and contact lists directly into your terminal environment. The agent retrieves complete office profiles using `list_locations` and fetches customer records with `list_contacts`. This is perfect for DevOps engineers who need to pipe contact details from `get_contact` into local scripts or run quick terminal audits on review volume using `get_review_summary`.
