How to Use the Birdeye MCP in Cline
Give Cline the power to build custom dashboards and automate review management with Birdeye.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Birdeye MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Birdeye to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build live reputation dashboards with Cline
Tell Cline to build a custom React dashboard and watch it fetch live review data using `list_reviews`. The coding agent writes the frontend components, hooks up the API calls, and renders your actual ratings. Because this MCP Server exposes direct data tools, Cline doesn't need mock data. It pulls real metrics using `get_review_summary` and writes the exact code needed to display your reputation trends.
Automate survey analysis inside VS Code
Let your coding agent analyze customer sentiment directly from your workspace files. Cline runs `list_surveys` to find active feedback forms, then grabs the raw text responses using `get_survey_responses`. It can write a script to parse these responses, flag unhappy customers, and automatically queue up a follow-up check-in using `checkin_customer` to resolve their issues.
Sync customer contacts during development
Keep your local test databases in sync with your actual CRM data using this MCP setup. Cline queries your active customer base using `list_contacts` and grabs specific profile details with `get_contact`. This makes it easy to test customer-facing features using real, formatted data instead of broken placeholders, keeping your development environment perfectly aligned with your live Birdeye account.
