Automate your Dixa ticket triage
Cline doesn't just read data; it acts on it. By calling `list_open_support_tickets`, the agent identifies high-priority items that need immediate eyes. You define the logic, and Cline runs the retrieval. It pulls the data you need to categorize incoming requests without you lifting a finger.
Monitor team performance in Cline
Understanding your team's workload is simple when you have the right data. Your agent uses `get_agent_profile` and `list_support_teams` to build a clear picture of who is doing what. It removes the ambiguity from your daily standups. Cline presents the facts, letting you make decisions based on actual performance metrics.
Real-time Dixa conversation lookups
Need to pull a specific record? Cline uses `get_conversation_details` to grab the thread history. It’s the fastest way to get the full story on a customer issue. Your agent handles the heavy lifting, importing the necessary details so you can focus on the resolution. It’s direct, fast, and precise.
