Run batch evaluations from the command line with Claude Code

Stop clicking through slow web interfaces to grade agent calls with `list_qm_interactions` using this MCP tool. Claude Code lets you run batch scripts that submit scores using `create_evaluation` without leaving your terminal. This terminal-first approach speeds up your daily QA workflow. You can pipe the outputs directly into other CLI tools or save them to local reports.

Audit agent performance via CLI scripts

Monitoring your team's metrics shouldn't require a complex BI setup when you can query `get_qm_summary` directly in Claude Code. This MCP Server allows your CLI agent to dump the performance metrics directly to your terminal. You can quickly check on specific team members using `list_qm_agents` to see who needs coaching. It is the fastest way to get raw performance data without loading heavy dashboards.

Extract recording links for external pipelines

Integrate call audio with your existing transcription or analysis tools using `get_recording_link` in Claude Code. Claude Code can grab the raw audio URL and pass it to your local speech-to-text engines. This lets you build automated post-call analysis pipelines in seconds. You get direct access to the audio files without manual downloads.
