How to Use the Five9 QM MCP in Cursor
Inject live Five9 QM metrics into your codebase using Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Five9 QM MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Five9 QM to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Analyze call data directly in Cursor
Stop guessing why your CSAT scores are fluctuating. Use `list_qm_interactions` to bring live call data into your IDE and have the AI write code that addresses specific agent pain points. When you need to correlate system performance with call quality, `get_qm_summary` provides the high-level report you need. You can then iterate on your backend logic based on real-world outcomes.
Build automated QA tools inside Cursor
Use `create_evaluation` to build custom scripts that automatically score interactions based on your own defined logic. You aren't just reading data; you're actively building a better QA engine. If your script hits a snag, use `get_evaluation_form` to inspect the schema. You'll see exactly what fields the API requires, ensuring your code works on the first try.
Track agent performance metrics in Cursor
Run `list_qm_agents` to get a real-time list of your current staff. This lets you write logic that maps code deployments to specific agent teams for more targeted testing. Need to see calibration history? The `list_calibrations` tool gives you the exact data you need to ensure your human reviewers and AI agents are aligned.
