Investigate Front issues inside VS Code
Cline can inspect customer tickets directly while you write code to fix their bugs. It calls `get_conversation_details` to read the bug report and `get_contact_info` to see which enterprise plan the reporter is on. By bringing the actual support ticket context into your editor, Cline can write targeted code patches. You don't have to keep switching back to a browser to double-check the customer's exact error message.
Let this MCP Server automate your replies
Cline writes and sends replies to customer threads based on the code changes you just made. It uses `reply_to_conversation` to ship the fix confirmation and `update_conversation_status` to close out the ticket. This turns support into a side effect of your commits. Cline handles the communication loop, leaving you to focus purely on the codebase.
Search conversation histories from the sidebar
Query your entire shared inbox history using Cline to find how previous issues were resolved. The agent uses `search_conversations_by_query` to scan your archives and pulls the exact code snippets used in past fixes. It then references those historical threads to write better, more consistent code for your current task. You get a direct line from historical support context to your active workspace.
