Bring live customer feedback from Front directly into Cursor using this MCP server while you write code.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Front MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Front to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Pull bug reports into your editor
The Front MCP server gives your Cursor agent direct access to customer support threads. When you need context on a user-reported bug, the agent runs `search_conversations_by_query` to find the relevant tickets. Cursor reads the exact text of the user's complaint using `get_message_content`. You stop guessing what the customer meant and start fixing the code based on their actual error logs.
Close the loop from Cursor
Your agent updates the customer the moment a fix ships using the `reply_to_conversation` tool. You tell Cursor you fixed the issue, and it drafts and sends the technical explanation to the user. Before sending, it pulls the user's profile with `get_contact_info` to ensure it addresses the right person. You stay in your editor, and the customer gets a direct update from the developer.
Triage support tickets via the MCP Server
You manage the lifecycle of technical support threads using the `update_conversation_status` tool. When Cursor finishes a pull request related to a specific issue, it can automatically archive the associated conversation. To see the current backlog, the agent uses `list_conversations` and filters by your engineering shared inbox. You get a real-time list of open issues without opening a browser.
