Run autonomous inbox triage in Windsurf
Cascade can scan your shared folders to spot urgent customer tickets without you clicking around. It uses `list_conversations` to pull the latest queue and immediately chains `get_conversation_details` to understand who is waiting and why. You don't have to prompt every step of the cleanup. Windsurf acts on the raw data, deciding which threads need immediate eyes and grouping them by priority.
Build drafts with this Front MCP Server
Draft responses that actually sound human by letting Cascade analyze previous message histories. The agent calls `list_conversation_messages` to see how you answered this customer last month, then uses `reply_to_conversation` to write a contextual reply. Because Cascade runs these steps in a single autonomous chain, you get a fully formed draft in your IDE workspace. No copy-pasting from a browser tab to find the right thread context.
Update ticket status on the fly
Keep your team in sync by letting Cascade modify message states as it processes them. It triggers `update_conversation_status` to archive resolved issues or reopen pending ones based on the code changes you make in your workspace. If a bug fix you just wrote resolves a customer's issue, Cascade matches the context and updates the ticket. It checks your API health first with `get_api_status` to ensure the update goes through.
