…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Google Home MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Google Home to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject real Nest device states into Cursor
Your Cursor agent runs `list_devices` to pull your actual Nest hardware configuration directly into your active editor window using this MCP Server. The agent reads real-time Nest traits and IDs using `get_device`. You write your Google Home automation scripts in Cursor using live production values.
Test Nest climate control logic directly in Cursor
Executing actual temperature changes via `set_thermostat_mode` and `set_thermostat_cool` lets you write and debug your Nest HVAC automation scripts directly in Cursor. You can test complex Google Home range limits by letting the Cursor agent trigger `set_thermostat_range` during live execution runs.
Nest Camera Feed Integration via MCP Server
When debugging Nest camera dashboards, use Cursor to call `generate_camera_stream` and verify the returned media URL structure. Once your Nest player renders correctly, command the Cursor agent to run `stop_camera_stream` to terminate the active testing session.
