Connect Google Home MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Google Home to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Autonomous Nest hardware management
Cascade uses `list_devices` to map your home and then chains `set_thermostat_mode` to adjust temperatures based on your project requirements. It handles the API state transitions without you needing to manually trigger each step. When you ask to prep the office for a meeting, the agent calls `list_rooms` to identify the correct zone and applies the schedule using `set_thermostat_heat` or `set_thermostat_cool` automatically.
Live security feed integration
You can pull camera feeds directly into your workspace using `generate_camera_stream` to verify hardware placement or motion triggers. It provides the raw stream URL for immediate inspection. Once you finish debugging the integration, the agent invokes `stop_camera_stream` to ensure the session terminates cleanly. This prevents resource leaks in your development environment.
Smart structure discovery
The server exposes `list_structures` so your agent understands the hierarchy of your physical assets. This provides the context needed for complex automation scripts. By using `get_device` alongside these structure calls, the agent retrieves trait data for any connected thermostat or doorbell. This helps you build logic that respects specific device capabilities.
