Write support automation scripts and query live HelpCrunch data directly inside Cursor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect HelpCrunch MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect HelpCrunch to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Test HelpCrunch API integrations with live workspace data
The `list_departments` tool pulls active support groups directly into your Cursor editor. When writing custom routing logic, your agent uses this live data to verify department IDs instead of relying on outdated documentation. This live context prevents broken endpoints before you deploy. You write real code against real production variables, which saves hours of trial-and-error debugging.
Run search queries and inspect chats in Cursor
The `search_chats` tool executes complex queries using raw JSON filters directly from your code editor. Once you locate the target thread, use `get_chat_details` to inspect the payload structure and metadata. This setup gives you an interactive playground for debugging support workflows. Your Cursor agent can write, run, and test API queries without you having to copy-paste payloads into external API clients.
Tag and organize customer records via Cursor MCP Server
The `add_customer_tag` tool applies labels to customer profiles during your development runs. Combine this with `list_customers` to verify that your automated tagger works on actual contact records before pushing to production. Having these tools in your editor makes building internal support dashboards incredibly fast. You can build, test, and refine your database sync scripts with live feedback from the API.
