Build automated feedback dashboards using Cline
`list_surveys` retrieves all active customer questionnaires to help Cline generate custom analytics views. The agent reads the survey structure, writes the frontend React components, and wires up the API endpoints. Cline then executes `get_survey` to fetch specific question schemas. It generates mock data, runs local unit tests, and commits the code directly to your repository.
Resolve Medallia MCP Server alerts inside VS Code
`get_alert` provides the precise details of a customer experience failure so Cline can fix the underlying codebase. The agent reads the error payload, locates the broken module in your workspace, and writes the patch. By querying `list_alerts`, Cline keeps a running log of system health. It actively writes regression tests to ensure the same customer issue never happens again.
Analyze customer sentiment during development
`get_response` pulls a detailed survey submission so Cline can analyze specific user complaints. The agent parses the text, identifies the bug, and creates a hotfix branch. Cline uses `list_responses` to verify if other users are reporting the same issue. It summarizes the impact and logs a ticket right in your workspace.
