…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Medallia MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Medallia to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Query surveys from Cursor
Fetch live survey structures using `list_surveys` while you write your application logic. This gives your agent the exact schema it needs to build accurate feedback forms. Stop guessing how your data is structured. Use `get_program_details` to pull real program metadata directly into your editor's context window.
Inject response data into code
Use `search_responses` to find specific customer feedback and inject it directly into your test suites. You'll work with actual production data instead of dummy objects. This workflow lets you build features that handle real-world edge cases. The AI uses `get_response` to understand exactly how your users are interacting with your surveys.
Automate alert handling
Write code that monitors customer health by calling `list_alerts` via Cursor. You can build automated handlers that process each `get_alert` result instantly. Your agent can now write logic that reacts to specific feedback patterns. It turns your editor into an active participant in your customer experience operations.
