Run Support Reports via MCP Server

To start a report, run `list_tickets` to get all current ticket IDs in your CI/CD pipeline. Then pipe those results into `get_ticket` for deep dives on specific issues. You can script complex reports: pull a list of tickets, filter them by status using standard shell tools, and then iterate through the resulting IDs.

Manage User Bases with Claude Code MCP Server

Run `list_contacts` to dump every contact record into a file for batch processing. You can also use `list_team_members` to generate an LDAP-compatible list of all available team users. This lets you automate tasks like generating user access reports or syncing data across multiple services via shell commands.

Trigger Messaging Events from the CLI

If a process finishes successfully, use `send_message` to notify a specific channel. This is perfect for post-deployment notifications. You can also automate monitoring by running `list_webhooks` periodically. The output confirms that your necessary external endpoints are still configured and active.
