Access Live Support Data via the MCP Server
Get a full picture of support activity. You can pull lists of open tickets with `list_tickets`, check individual conversation histories using `get_ticket`, or even see who's on the team via `list_team_members`. This lets you understand exactly what conversations your agents are dealing with. It’s useful when you need context outside of a ticket. Use `list_contacts` to get all customer info, or use `get_account_profile` if you just want to verify the current user's details.
Handle Messages and Channels Directly
Need to communicate with a client immediately? Your agent can send a message directly using `send_message`. Beyond that, it manages where those messages live. You can list all active channels via `list_channels` or even create new ones with `create_webhook`, keeping your integrations up-to-date. Furthermore, you'll never lose track of an interaction. The tool allows you to update the ticket status using `update_ticket`, making sure the team knows if a conversation is open, pending, or resolved.
Manage Customer Conversations Across Platforms
The MCP Server handles conversations from email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media. You can create new support records with `create_ticket` when an inquiry comes in through any channel. This centralizes everything for the entire team. If you need to adjust how communications flow, you've got control over webhooks using `list_webhooks`. Running these tools lets your agent interact with Trengo as if it were sitting right on the local machine.
