How to Use the Trengo MCP in Windsurf
Build autonomous customer workflows with Trengo and Windsurf.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Trengo MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Trengo to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Manage Conversations using MCP Server
The `list_tickets` tool shows your agent all active support tickets. From there, you can use `get_ticket` to pull the full history and diagnose customer issues. Once the details are gathered, Cascade writes a response and executes it via `send_message`. It handles the entire flow: fetch data, determine next steps, and send the reply—all without manual intervention.
Examine Team Structure with Windsurf MCP Server
Need to know who can help? Start by calling `list_team_members` to get a roster of available agents. Next, use `list_contacts` to see every customer associated with the account. This lets your agent map out reporting lines and contact groups instantly. You’re not just listing names; you're building an internal graph of who knows whom.
Configure System Hooks for Trengo
`create_webhook` sets up automated data pipes directly into your system. This tool lets you tell the MCP Server exactly what external events it needs to listen for. When a specific event happens—like a ticket reaching 'Closed' status via `update_ticket`—the webhook fires, giving your connected service immediate access to the latest data without needing constant polling.
