Connect Trengo MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Trengo to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject Live Support Context into Your Code
The unique power here is generating working code based on real API responses. If your script needs to know the status of a customer's account, you can call `get_account_profile` and inject that live JSON directly into the function you’re writing. It means you don't have to mock data or use stubs anymore. The AI agent calls tools like `list_contacts` and uses the actual contact list returned to build out your code structure.
Build Logic Around Ticket Management
Writing automation scripts for support is easy with this MCP Server. You can write functions that check ticket status using `list_tickets`, pull conversation history via `list_messages`, or even automatically update a record by calling `update_ticket`. This capability lets developers build entire pipelines in the editor, treating Trengo's communication tools as native code libraries available to the AI.
Automate Communications Logic
Need your application to send a notification when something changes? You can write logic that uses `send_message` or even triggers new webhooks using `create_webhook`. The agent handles the tool invocation, giving you clean code output. It also lets you list team members via `list_team_members`, meaning your scripts can validate permissions or assign tasks based on who's available in Trengo.
