Connect Trengo MCP to Cline

Automate Support Workflows using MCP Server
`list_tickets` fetches a list of all open support tickets, allowing you to script against known identifiers. Then, the `get_ticket` tool pulls specific details—like customer name and priority—into your code execution environment. You can build components that analyze this data. For instance, write a Python function that iterates through 50 ticket IDs retrieved by listing them all.
Develop Contact Management Scripts with Cline MCP Server
Start your script by using `list_contacts` to retrieve all customer records. This data set is perfect for generating user lists or CSV exports directly in the terminal. Beyond listing, you can use the details gathered here to write a targeted function that checks if any of these contacts are linked to specific channels via `list_channels`.
Write Messaging Integration Code with Cline
Need to send an automated notification? The `send_message` tool allows you to programmatically dispatch a message to a user or channel. This is ideal for writing internal alerting scripts. Furthermore, after sending the initial message, you can use `create_webhook` within your script to ensure that the system automatically notifies another service when the conversation changes.
