Connect Webex MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Webex to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Programmatic Meeting Management
To schedule a new meeting, you can invoke `create_video_meeting` and pass the title and ISO 8601 timestamps. Cline treats this as an API call, letting you write reliable code that interacts with Webex. If requirements change, updating an existing appointment is simple. Just use `update_meeting_schedule` in your component logic to handle time or title changes.
Room Lifecycle Scripting
Need a new collaborative space? Use the `create_webex_room` tool within your script, feeding it a descriptive room title. This function makes writing complex setup workflows for Webex easy. You also have total control over cleanup. The `delete_webex_room` action lets you write code that permanently removes the room and all its history.
Webex Data Retrieval and Update
You can check existing schedules or rooms by calling `list_scheduled_meetings` or `list_webex_rooms`. Cline fetches this data into your environment for testing or processing. Updating a room title is just another function call. Use `update_room_title` and pass the necessary room ID to keep your codebase current.
