How to Use the Webex MCP in Windsurf
Manage your enterprise meetings using Windsurf's autonomous agent.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Webex MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Webex to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Schedule and Update Meetings
You can schedule a new Webex video meeting by providing a title and specific start/end timestamps via `create_video_meeting`. Cascade handles the whole sequence, so you just set the goal. Need to move things around? If you update the time or title of an existing meeting using `update_meeting_schedule`, Windsurf automatically adjusts all connected resources for you.
Manage Webex Spaces
To start a new collaboration space, use `create_webex_room` to generate a unique room title. Don't worry about the details; Cascade takes care of setting up the environment. If you need a different name for an existing room, simply run `update_room_title`. You never have to leave your primary workflow just to rename something.
Retrieve and List Webex Data
Checking what’s going on is easy. Use `list_webex_rooms` or `list_scheduled_meetings` to get a full list of every space or appointment you belong to. Want the specific details? You can grab anything from `get_meeting_details` or use `get_room_details` to pull exactly what you need without having to navigate away from your code.
