Key Capabilities

Getting Real-Time Rates (Claude Desktop)

Need to know the cost of shipping? Use `get_shipping_rates` to compare live quotes from UPS, FedEx, and USPS right on your local machine. This tool checks rates across multiple carriers for a given package profile. You can then validate if an address works first using `validate_address`. It's fast—it gives you confidence before you even try printing anything.

Generating Labels (Claude Desktop)

When the rates look good, print labels with `create_shipping_label`. This tool generates a proper shipping label file for your package. It handles all the necessary details so you just have to stick it on the box. Check what was created using `list_created_labels` or get specific info via `get_label_info`. You'll know exactly which labels are ready and where they are stored.

Tracking Packages (Claude Desktop)

Don't wait for updates. Run the `track_package` tool to check a shipment’s status immediately. It pulls the latest tracking data from the carrier, so you don't have to log into their website. If you need historical context, use `get_shipment_info` to grab all the details associated with a specific shipment ID. This is perfect for building out local reports.
