Key Capabilities
Rate Comparison in Code (Cursor)
Mid-way through writing a rate calculation function? Just call `get_shipping_rates`. The AI agent will execute this tool and inject the live JSON response directly into your code block. You get real data, not mock stubs. This lets you build accurate pricing logic by comparing carrier quotes right where you're typing it.
Shipment Data Manipulation (Cursor)
Need to confirm if a package can actually ship from a given location? Use `validate_address`. The agent runs this against the MCP Server and returns boolean confirmation, which you can immediately use in your conditional logic. It's way better than manually checking API docs; you just code around live results.
Listing Shipments (Cursor)
Before writing the final submission function, check what data already exists. The `list_shipments` tool grabs recent records from the system. You can then write cleanup or update logic based on this live list. This helps you build robust handlers that account for existing, partially completed shipments.
