Build Health Dashboards Using the MCP Server
Cline allows you to execute end-to-end tasks that build components and write tests. You can script a dashboard that calls `get_cycles` using specific date ranges, fetching sleep, recovery, and strain metrics for every 24-hour period. The output isn't just text; Cline writes the necessary API integration code, imports the data fetched via the MCP Server, and shows you exactly which files need updating.
Process Specific WHOOP Records with Cline
Need to analyze a single night's sleep or workout? You don't have to manually scrape it. Cline can execute commands that call `get_sleep_by_id` for full stages, disturbances, and respiratory rate. It also uses `get_workout` when you need strain score and GPS data attached to a specific activity ID. This lets you write scripts that process granular records directly into your project environment.
Batch WHOOP Data Extraction via Cline
Cline is perfect for running bulk data pulls. Use `get_workouts` or `get_recovery`, specifying a start and end date in the script. The agent handles pagination, pulling up to 25 results per request until you've got everything. It can also fetch historical body measurements with `get_body_measurement`, ensuring your entire dataset is available for analysis right where your code lives.
