How to Use the UserEcho MCP in Cursor
For Cursor: Use UserEcho data live inside your code, not just in a chat box.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect UserEcho MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect UserEcho to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject Support Data into Code
The `list_tickets` tool pulls current helpdesk ticket information. You can ask the AI to write a script that loops through open tickets, identifying potential automation targets. This ability lets you generate working code using real data returned by the MCP Server, so your logic is always grounded in reality.
Verify User Status During Development
Writing a script that interacts with user profiles? Use `list_account_users`. The AI can run this tool to check for valid usernames or necessary account types right before generating the code block. This prevents you from writing brittle, non-functional code. It's live context without leaving your editor.
Build Logic Around Support Resources
The `list_kb_articles` tool gives you a list of available knowledge base topics. You can generate functions that check if an article ID exists before attempting to fetch its contents. Furthermore, the `create_support_ticket` tool allows the AI to write a function stub for logging new issues, complete with necessary parameters.
