Key Capabilities
Audit all existing Tally forms.
The `list_forms` tool shows you every form set up within a specified workspace. This function can optionally filter results using a specific workspace ID, helping you quickly map out the full scope of your department's data collection efforts. It’s great for pre-flight checks before building an integration layer. You get back structured metadata for all available forms, so you know exactly what services are connected to the Tally MCP Server.
Retrieve and analyze individual submissions.
Need to audit a single record? Call `get_submission` with a specific ID. This pulls detailed data for one submission, letting you check exactly who submitted it and when. Alternatively, use `list_submissions` to get a list of IDs and basic records spanning a date range. You can then pass those identifiers back into `get_submission` for deeper analysis.
Audit Tally workspaces.
The `get_workspace` tool shows you the details of one specific workspace, giving context to the forms and data it contains. If you need a broader view, run `list_workspaces` to see every container available. Knowing the boundaries of your data is key. This helps prevent scope creep when developing new automation rules for Tally.
