Key Capabilities
Integrate form metadata into your logic.
When writing a script, you can call `get_form` to grab the schema of a Tally form. This lets you write conditional code that expects specific data types or fields from the front end. For example, if your code needs to validate an address field, fetching the metadata first ensures you use the exact required format.
Audit and process submission payloads.
You can write agent calls that use `list_submissions` to pull a list of recent responses. The AI injects this array directly into your code block, letting you iterate over the data immediately. Need to check one specific entry? Use `get_submission` and pipe the resulting JSON object into your function for processing.
Map out Tally environments in real-time.
Before running any logic, you should map the scope. Calling `list_workspaces` gives you all available contexts, ensuring your script targets the right environment. Furthermore, using `get_me` provides your user context, which is crucial if your code needs to log who ran the audit.
