What do 'Good', 'Warning', and 'Bad' mean in Anura?
'Good' means the visitor is likely human. 'Bad' indicates clear fraud (GIVT/SIVT). 'Warning' means the visitor shows suspicious traits and requires closer monitoring or additional validation.
How does Windsurf discover MCP tools?
Windsurf reads the mcp_config.json file on startup and connects to each configured server via Streamable HTTP. Tools are listed in the MCP panel and available to Cascade automatically.
