Is it possible to manage users via the agent?
You can list existing users and groups using the list_users tool to audit permissions and access, but creating or deleting users must be done in the 4YouSee Manager.
How does Windsurf discover MCP tools?
Windsurf reads the mcp_config.json file on startup and connects to each configured server via Streamable HTTP. Tools are listed in the MCP panel and available to Cascade automatically.
