What you can do

  • Office Location Navigation — Identify bounded office capacities and geographic groupings mapping explicitly tracked buildings and campuses
  • Room Management — Enumerate available meeting spaces, filtering by capacity and AV features, and check real-time usage states
  • Desk & Hot Desking — Claim exclusive usage of hot desks within specific neighborhoods and zones, including equipment filters
  • Live Reservations — Mutate active scheduling endpoints to book or cancel rooms and desks with instant sync to O365/Exchange
  • Check-in Automation — Trigger physical presence capabilities to confirm your arrival at a location and satisfy local access controls
  • Booking History — Extract chronological logs of user reservations to audit space utilization across your organization

How it works

  1. Subscribe to this server
  2. Enter your Condeco/Eptura API Key (obtained from the Azure API Management Developer Portal)

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01

Can my agent check if a meeting room is available right now?

Yes. Use the 'get_room_availability' tool with the room ID and today's date. The agent will analyze real-time reservation limits and hourly slots to confirm if the space is free or booked.

02

How do I book a hot desk through the agent?

First, use 'list_desks' to find available capacities in your location. Then, provide the desk ID and date to the 'book_desk' tool. Your agent will trigger the claim and confirm your designated physical spot.

03

Does cancelling a room booking via the agent sync with my Outlook calendar?

Yes. When you use 'cancel_room_booking', the server mutates the scheduling endpoints which revert synchronization traces on your connected Exchange/O365 calendars automatically.

04

What is Agent mode and why does it matter for MCP?

Agent mode is Cursor's autonomous execution mode where the AI can perform multi-step tasks: reading files, editing code, running terminal commands, and calling MCP tools. Without Agent mode, Cursor operates in a simpler ask-and-answer mode that doesn't support tool calling. Always ensure you're in Agent mode when working with MCP servers.

05

Where does Cursor store MCP configuration?

Cursor looks for MCP server configurations in a mcp.json file. You can configure servers at the project level (.cursor/mcp.json in your project root) or globally (~/.cursor/mcp.json). Project-level configs take precedence.

06

Can Cursor use MCP tools in inline edits?

No. MCP tools are only available in Agent mode through the chat panel. Inline completions and Tab suggestions do not trigger MCP tool calls. This is by design. tool calls require user visibility and approval.

07

How do I verify MCP tools are loaded?

Open Settings → Features → MCP and look for your server name. A green indicator means the server is connected. You can also check Agent mode's available tools by clicking the tools dropdown in the chat panel.

08

Tools not appearing in Cursor

Ensure you are in Agent mode (not Ask mode). MCP tools only work in Agent mode.
